   The Navage is much better than the neti pot I’ve used for years and it does a better job. It’s easy to use and only takes a few minutes to rinse and clean and it doesn’t take any longer than a neti pot to do. I also like the caddy that keeps it clean and organized. The salt pods are quite expensive so I just ordered an alternative method instead of using the pods.

   I could only give a 4 star, I do love the way it works with the pods. I do not like how to clean with all the ridges you are unable to get all water drained when cleaning. Also do not like the fact it won’t work without the pods in it. Sometimes all you need is clear water not saline solution. This is the second one I bought, the first someone at Amazon or their company helped themselves to the box of pods, I did return, but really!

   I rather not take prescription meds or over the count sinus meds, especially when the tempature change and the sinus act up. Vasage is great, takes about 3 times to get use to, after that you become comfortable especially on those days when you need it most. The pods are realtively inexpensive I prever eucalyptus pods, easy to clean and assemble, Customer service is fantastic when it comes time to changed the AA batteries they walked me threw it, easy to do. All in all this was worth every penny

   It worked as intended. No more Neti pot for me. Neti pot has its own flaws, I would get water behind my throat or sometimes through my eyes, and it’s always a struggle to get the water from one nostril to another nostril out, but not with this product. This device does it all automatically. I am a first-time user of Navage, I used the distilled water and within 30 seconds, cleaned my nasal pathways no more leaks out of my nose as I initially expected. There was a little bit of a burning sensation afterward I guess it’s evident due to the saline water but definitely felt the difference, felt like my nasal was opened up and clearer than before. However, whoever invented this device did a masterful job with the salt pods. I was thinking of using my own salt water without using theirs but the mechanism is such that it would not push the flow to the nostril unless it’s their salt pod. Very clever, this is like a great money-making idea for them while helping people to ease their sinus issues. Thanks. Neti pot is already in the trash. 🙂

   Who knew, that for some people (like my husband), nose irrigation is more than helpful! I have clear pathways, so I’m speaking for him. He’s broken the nose in sports, has deviated septum, plus what our doctor called a lazy vocal cord, likely from spinal injuries. Point is, all this, despite being a vigor and healthy young man with healthy lifestyle, helps to lower his immunity to get sick easily.Come the Navage. Tried other nose irrigation, did not like using so didn’t use as often as should. Navage makes it easy enough to make it a regular maintenance. Especially helpful when traveling or exposed to crowds/bug/viruses. Lowers his exposure by removing airborne bugs/viruses without having to avoid social gatherings or crowds.We first ordered it when he caught a cold (Thank you, Amazon Prime! 🙌). His nose was so plugged the Navage couldn’t pass through. But after a couple of sauna sessions (which helped to loosen the mucus) and a couple more persistent tries with the Navage, water came in one nostril and out the other, signaling clearing of mucus.Now he Navage weekly towards end of showers (looser mucus = easier flow), and especially after saunas, travels, exposure, or slightest feeling of bug coming on.He favors their eucalyptus pods. No irritation at all for him.Biggest gripe is the battery. Requires monthly replacement. We use rechargeable batteries so it’s not too stupid, but why don’t they make this unit rechargeable itself?? What a hassle.The (addition) stand is helpful, necessary to air out = avoid mildew, but skip it if you already have a preferred drying rack. Theirs is flimsy and requires both strategic Tetris skills and Jenga patience 🤨

   I use a CPAP machine. I tried the Navage Nasal Irrigation system; and I no longer need the CPAP. I sleep comfortably throughout the night and deeper. I wake up feeling more rested and alive. I still need to use a nasal spray during the day. The humidity wipes me out. But thanks to this machine, I sleep more soundly and wake up feeling alive again.

   For someone who has spent literally hours each day dealing with clogged sinuses, this invention is amazing ! First thing each morning, I flush out my nostrils and I’m good to go. Sometimes I have to repeat in order to feel completely clear. Compared to spending a fortune on saline sprays and Sinex mist (and the constant breaks to use them), Navage is the way for me. I just hope the little motor & pump last a long time.

    While Using this, you need to feel confident . Kind of like trying to drown yourself. There is a constant clean up if you want to be safe.Mostly just rinsing. I bought it for a certain reason. This did not help me with that, but I still use it every day. Easy to use.m
