The findings were the sum of research for the Bertelsmann Stiftung’s “Transformation Index” in which the institute analyzed the quality of democracy, the market economy and leadership in 129 countries.
While the researchers concluded that the number of people living in democracies rose from 4 billion to 4.2 billion between 2003 and 2017, they also found that 3.3 billion people lived under dictatorship last year compared to 2.3 billion in 2003.
The report further warned that growing restrictions on citizens’ rights and legal standards was an acute problem in democracies.
This investigation is based on facts, but in part is a mockery to the most coward kind of people that lives in the planet on the expenses of the suffering of billions of us. That’s why the title says: “fer-pect” instead of “perfect”, inspired on the 2004 year Movie “Ferpect Crime” of Alex de la Iglesia, about an ambitious salesman will do anything for that big promotion he’s been chasing, but inevitably, he will learn that there is no such thing as the perfect crime.
These criminals in power are convinced that will never face justice for their atrocities, but at the end they all finish like cartoon characters.

Algunas veces, ante determinadas circunstancias, preferí señalar, por ejemplo, el número X apareció en fecha X. O se ignoran datos de identificación.
Un propósito único me guió en la publicación de éste y las restantes seis hemerotecas locas: Que sobrevivan a mi muerte en el ciberespacio eternamente con mis otros libros en formato de papel o digital.
Y así será, porque llegué sin nada a este mundo y así quiero dejarlo.

Poemas Politicos Escogidos por Rodulfo Gonzalez[/caption]Pareciera que en Venezuela desde 1999 hizo su trono Satanás, mimetizado primero en el teniente coronel (R) Hugo Chávez Frías, el paracaidista que el 4 de febrero de 1992 quiso asesinar al entonces Presidente de la República Carlos Andrés Pérez, el mismo que le entregara años atrás su daga de subteniente, y luego en un conductor del Metro de Caracas, Nicolás Maduro, escaso de luces y tan perverso como él, a quien designó su sucesor a escasos días de la muerte.Hambre, en un país rico en recursos naturales, así como la violación de los derechos humanos en todos sus matices, han sido las características esenciales de ambos gobiernos.
Torturas, latrocinios, robos a la propiedad privada disfrazados en expropiaciones, destrucción del aparato productivo y de Petróleos de Venezuela, fuente de la mayor parte de ingresos, escasez inducida de medicina y alimentos, barbarie represiva y todos los males que pueda la mente humana concebir se han dado cita macabra en la pesadilla castro-chavista-madurista-militarista que parece no tener fin.
Mis poemas tratan de reflejar esta tremenda realidad que no ha mermado el espíritu de lucha de la juventud y el pueblo en general, a pesar de la crueldad de Nicolás Maduro y sus sargentos disfrazados de generales, generalas, almirantes y almirantas, como suele decir el dictador con increíble ignorancia.

Mis mejores Poemas en Prosa por Rodulfo Gonzalez[/caption]Pido disculpas a la lectoría, si es que acaso la tengo, por el atrevimiento del título, ya que debe ser ella, y no yo, quien califique la buena o mala calidad de mis poemas.
He sido juez y parte en esta selección.
Cada vez que escribo poesía, o mejor dicho, sirvo de vehículo para que ésta cabalgue cual brioso potro por los prados de los cuatro puntos cardinales, mi memoria, añeja ya de tantos años encima, se siente aliviada de su peso, pues se ha librado de un huésped que reclamaba su libertad.
No creo que como poeta haya creado nada, sólo he liberado poemas en prosa y verso que pugnaban por salir de la incómoda celda de la memoria, cual sale de la oruga la mariposa o la avecilla del cascarón que rompe para incorporarse al mundo.
Por lo tanto, es atrevido atribuirme la paternidad de la poesía que pongo en manos de los lectores.Tal vez me convenga mejor el calificativo de partero poético.El ser humano, y los poetas no son la excepción, no inventan ni crean nada, sólo descubren lo que un ente superior ha diseñado.
Yo he descubierto, amable lectoría, en lo más hondo de mi memoria, estos poemas que por pura vanidad he denominado mejores, pero que probablemente al usted leerlos los considerara menos malos que otros ya leídos, mera especulación, por supuesto, ayuna de humildad.
