Shake well before each use. Fill dropper with hemp oil as full as possible then squeeze the hemp oil under the tongue and leave for 90 seconds for absorption. After 90 seconds, swallow the remaining hemp oil in the mouth. Do this once daily. If further strength is required, increase hemp oil dosage as recommended by your health care practitioner. If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

I’ve tried a few of these products that either don’t work or they upset my stomach. This one helps me fall asleep and keeps me asleep for longer than if I didn’t take anything. The taste is better than others I have tried and it doesn’t upset my stomach. I used the 500 mg dose.

I’ve been taking this for just over a week. I’m still experimenting, but it seems to work best if I take it one hour before bed as opposed to right before. If I take it right before bed it has no effect at all, but one hour before bed and I fall asleep faster and actually stay asleep! Lovely. :DIt should be noted that the taste is…well, grassy. There might be a hint of mint, but it mostly just tastes like hemp seeds. Which I like! Not everything in life tastes sweet, lol. I would be more worried if the taste DIDN’T remind me of hemp seeds. My love for gaming has completely disrupted my once perfect sleeping habits. I got so used to staying awake all night that there are times that I already wanted to sleep and still, I can’t. If I win this fight, our team will be crowned the new Taekwondo champions in our school district. If I lose, the opposing team will get another crack at our team for the championship. In other words, its do or die tomorrow for both our teams. As I am the last fighter, a tie would mean that I can either be the hero or the disappointment of the team. It was the last round and not wanting to brag but I was in the lead. Then it happened, we were asked to separate by the referee but as I turned my back, my opponent gave me a vicious kick in the back that really left me agonize in pain. Although a point was deducted from him, I was no longer able to fight back due to the pain and I lost the fight. Do or die was set tomorrow. My back was already swelling and our coach was about ready to forfeit the match for fear that I might aggravate my back. In reality, I don’t know how to do it tomorrow. The my father came and gave me a few drops of CBD oil, it had such a great effect that I’m almost sure that if I’d be given that tomorrow, I’d have a chance.
